Hey all - thanks for reporting the network error message. We’re looking into why this is happening.

The workaround: press the Reset Filters button in Events section.

For those joining this release note thread to report a “network error” message - please join this other discussion already under way.

Everyone please update to Companion v 3.64 in the Google Play Store at your earliest convenience.

3.64.2 perhaps?

Friends in the Epic race are categorized as Sweepers in the companion registered list, and I’m not sure “info” is the appropriate header for everyone else

With that companion update to 3.64 on an i8 running the current 16.7.10 OS, it will no longer join an event. I can update my name and it shows the change in the Zwift event. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app rebooting the phone in between. Rebooted the computer and restarted Zwift and then the companion with no change. Happens in ride or run modes

No workout-dashboard during meetup`s showing up!!!

Has this been resolved? I’m also having this issue. I have a MacBook Pro running iOS 15.1.1. My iPhone is a 12 Pro running iOS 18.1.1. My Zwift Companion App is version 3.64. My Zwift app on the laptop is 1.80.0. I just started to have this issue as of Sunday the 29th of December. Had no issues with the companion app switching to workout mode before Sunday. I tried logging out of the app, turning it off, shutting the phone down completely, then logging all the way back into everything with no change. I’ve also tried to run just on WiFi in Air Plane mode with no change. All devices are on the same WiFi network. Please HELP!

Toggling that permission off/on should help. Reinstalling Zwift may help as well. I’m curious if you find that change persists or if you need to do it repeatedly.

I would also install the latest macOS update (15.2) but I don’t know if that will help.

I got the same issue. (Some friends as well).
WiFi is the same on both devices. Re-installed the app. No changes.
