Zwift Companion v 3.64 [December 2024]

Try this suggestion: Toggling that permission off/on should help. Reinstalling Zwift may help as well. I’m curious if you find that change persists or if you need to do it repeatedly. I would also install the latest macOS update (15.2) but I don’t know if that will help.
