Zwift won't work on by Sky broadband

Zwift was working fine on my PC. It stops launching/opening two days ago. After a day and a half of trying to figure out what the problem is, it seems to no be able to run on my internet, my provider is Sky. Runs fine when teddered to my phone hotspot but will not even lauch on my wireless internet. It was all fine up to 2 days ago???

It is actually wired internet.

Sky is one of the largest providers in the UK - it won’t be your ISP that’s causing the issue.

What is your broadband connection like?

I know it is difficult to understand/believe but PC works perfectly in another house/broadband. Works when tedered to my phone hotspot. But will not work with the Sky broadband connection. It did up to two days ago but something has changed.

My broadband speed is good. I’ve checked the network and there does not seem to be a problem there. It not that it is running slow or dropping out. Zwift simply will not launch or open when connected to the broadband.

I think it’s more likely to be your broadband router than the provider itself. I take it you’ve tried restarting it?

Well the router is provided by Sky and it has not been changed. I will do restart and see if that makes any difference.

I restart my broadband and hey presto all :+1: unfortunately it cost me 320 plus as my pc did have a few issues, not ones that were causing me problems…,from my iPhone
