Hello,
After completing a ride or workout in Zwift and trying to perform a "save’ (using my laptop), Zwift stops responding. I need to shut down the app once this happens. Can anyone offer any possible solutions to my issue?
If this is a Windows PC with a modern CPU, you will find the Video Screenshots setting enabled by default. Sometimes turning that off helps.
You can also send a game log to support and see if they can spot the reason. Those are in Documents\Zwift\Logs
Thanks for contacting us on the forums. This is Haziel from Zwift Support. I will be happy to share some steps that might be of help to get back on track.
In addition to disabling video screenshots, please consider checking your graphics drivers. Outdated drivers can often lead to crashes and freezes, and making sure they’re updated might resolve the issue.
If you keep experiencing this crash, you can also send us your crash logs so we can look into them.
If you aren’t sure how to do that, check out this article for steps on sending your crash logs and this article for steps on sending your game logs.
Please feel free to reach out if you have any more questions or if there’s anything else we can do to support you. You can always contact us at Support@zwift.com. We’re here for you!
