Zwift Shop unexpected behavior

Aloha, I am just wanting to make you aware of an unexpected behavior when ordering from Zwift Shop. I was able to find my order status after clicking support and typing my question about order status, but believe it should still be considered a bug the unexpected behavior that that when you order something it doesn’t associate the order with your profile under orders and that you have to go to a special support redirected page that searches for your order via order number and email. I used a different CC than the one my subscription uses, but it should still associate that order with my account.
