Zwift auto updated today. It has returned me to a free trial and I have lost all the add-ons I had built up. Not impressed as you let me log in, updated the system. made me login again and started me on a free trial. now it looks as if I am going to get charged double when the free trial period is up (bet you don’t get the charging wrong!!!)
You should submit a ticket for the issue instead of trying to call Zwift out in their forums.
