Every time i log onto swift it keeps saying trail period over join now keep joining but log on get to screen and just don't move

If you are referring to the Zwift App for Android it’s is now out of beta and I think you need to pay 1p for now than full price (I have not read the link yet): https://zwiftinsider.com/zwift-for-android-is-out-of-beta/

I have renewed my membership as it requested on zwift after the free trail which i did and updated my payments i have a lap top and windows 10 if i remembet

I would suggest opening a support ticket so they can check your billing details.

one other thing did you log in with the correct user account.

You could try an uninstall of Zwift, restart your PC and reinstall Zwift. You will not lose your level. XP, Drops or equipment, that is all saved on Zwift’s servers.

If that doesn’t work you will have to submit a ticket.
