I have a 2020 version Sole F80 treadmill and Zwift immediately recognizes it via Bluetooth from my computer and pairs. However, it doesn’t detect the speed until I search for devices again and this time select the treadmill name with a dash after it and then it detects the speed. However, after a short time, it drops the speed detection and I have to do this again. Any ideas?
I have the same Sole F80 2020 model with the same problem - I can connect it via an iPhone app called RunCline, but not directly. Keeps dropping the signal randomly on RunCline for some reason so would like to pair directly… have you had any luck yet?
