My zwift screen disappears on my laptop every few minutes while on a zwift ride. I’m not dropped from a ride when this happens but have to reselect the zwift icon on my taskbar to make it reappear again and continue riding.
Im on wondows 11 and on the latest zwift upgrade.
Has anyone else experienced the same issue?
What spec is the laptop
A common reason for this is some other application on your system wakes up and causes Zwift to minimize when it’s in full screen mode. If you are using full screen mode, test Zwift in windowed mode and see if it stops happening. You may need to hunt for whatever application or background service is doing it.
I have this problem too for almost a year, tried to find the cause but no success
Luckily it only happens once for me, then stays stable for the rest of the ride.

Thank you for using this space to bring your concerns. As @Paul_Southworth let you know there must be another process causing this issue. I suggest that you check what other software is running on the PC and close any potentially troublesome apps before running Zwift.
Also, anti-virus software updates can cause this issue, If you can exclude Zwift from the Apps of the anti-virus or there would be no issue with setting your virus protection software to not scan during the period of time that you’re Zwifting.
