I am running the Zwift app on my Mac. Everything works fine during the ride, however, when I “End Ride” the save fails to upload. Furthermore, the training plan that I enrol onto does not save my progress. I have to re-enrol every time I boot up the app. The same is the case for any modifications I make in “My Garage”.

After checking your account, I was able to see that you have your Strava account connected in the right way. To resolve the issue with the activity upload, I recommend downloading the activity directly from your Fit files. You can find detailed instructions on how to do this in our help article. After you’ve downloaded the file, you can manually upload it to Strava. For guidance on this process, please refer to the Strava support article.
If you encounter any error messages during the upload process, the file may have been corrupted or malformed. To troubleshoot this, please take a look at our article, which outlines steps you can take to fix any issues with the file.
