My Zwift ride isn’t ’waking up’ and hence won’t connect. Zwift just hangs when searching for devices. Any help appreciated!
Which trainer are you using? Are you able to pair the controls in the Zwift Hardware menu in the companion app where firmware on the controls gets updated?
The most common reasons for failure to pair the controls:
- Not using a trainer that supports virtual shifting
- Using a trainer that supports virtual shifting but the firmware is out of date
- Using a trainer that supports virtual shifting but pairing it via ANT+
I’m using the Zwift hub one trainer with Zwift ride frame. All been working fine for months and no suddenly won’t pair at all. Very strange. It is very cold in my garage but can’t believe that’s affected the sensors
