ZWIFT RIDE with TWO left cranks

Received my zwift Ride today, but with two left cranks, i.e impossible to use it. How do I quickly get a new one? Thanks, Bastian

Have you contacted support yet? That would be your best and fastest option.

Yes via the Chat/email, is there any other option?

no, that is the best way, did you get to send a message?

Whats normally the response time of the customer Support? Tried via chat and email.

no idea, based on forum posts it is usually pretty quick, make sure to check your spam folder for email responses.

Hi @Bastian_Mei

I’m crossposting a reply from this other thread because it may apply to you too.

Across the bike industry - right pedals are normal-threaded, and left pedals are reverse-threaded. Each pedal should be clearly marked Right and Left.

The crankarms will follow suit, and will have an arrow showing the direction to tighten each pedal in the correct direction.

Please verify that this is the case on the Ride frame you received. As always, if something is amiss, please contact Zwift Support for assistance.

I know but mine had two left „L“ cranks, i.e. even on the right side, where the chain sits it said „L“ and so you cannot Mount right pedals on that side.

Thank you for the reply. Our Support agents will be glad to assist!
