I went on my first test ride. It was 10 minutes and about 2.5 miles. The right crank arm is completely threaded. I installed the pedaled correctly. The pedal was loose/slanted by the end of the ride. Will Zwift replace the crank arm? Has anyone else had to deal with this?
Contact support. I bet they will replace it but hopefully you’ll find out soon. That sort of failure is reparable with a helicoil insert but that shouldn’t be necessary.
Did that. Waiting for a reply. Sent photos of the pedal and crank damage. Support is incredibly slow. I went ahead and ordered their adjustable crank anyway.
This has just happened to my new zwift ride left crank.Less than 2 hrs of easy pedaling since new.Today ,before i even connected to the game,noticed left pedal was wobbling as Iturned the pedals.Completely threaded the crank, butvyhey were fitted easily and flush :(.
Have just contacted zwift support.With the huge amount of boxing it comes with( well packaged)I only discarded most of it 2 days ago!!
Take the whole thing to a local bike shop. They can fix it for $20
