Zwift Ride - Upload incomplete

Hi at all,
I just got my new Zwift Ride and started zwifting. After the ride the upload was incomplete on Zwift, Strava and after a new ride even on Garmin. The data of the velocity havn´t been uploaded.

Does anyone of you have the same problem?

I use the Zwift Ride, Wahoo Kickr Core and the Zwift-App on Apple TV.

Before i changed to Zwift Ride, I used my bike on the Kickr and had all the data uploaded.

Maybe one of you has the same probs and could give me the solution.

I understand how important it is for you to know why your activities are not being uploaded to Strava. This is Monica from Zwift.

As @Paul_Southworth mentioned, Strava is currently experiencing some issues with its platform. However, they are working on solutions to resolve this as soon as possible. So I encourage you to keep an eye on their website for any updates.
