Zwift Ride left controller failing to update to firmware 1.2

Hi team,
Yesterday, the Zwift app (v1.85) could not connect to the Zwift Ride controllers, which usually does not happen. These controllers are usually the first device detected by the app and have worked without issue so far. I discovered after the ride, that there is a firmware update from 1.0 to 1.2 for these controllers, and proceeded to run it.

The update took 15 mins and only 1 controller, the right side, moved to 1.2 with the app saying: 100% Complete. The left controller is stuck on 1.0. I re-did the attempt 3 times, using a different mobile device (phone the first time, tablet the second and third). I also disconnected and attempted to restart the Zwift Ride controllers 24 hours later. The left side controller appears to start the update process, going to orange color first then blinking blue, but then gets stuck. The app is also indefinitely stuck during that process to “Setting DFU mode”.

Help please.
Thanks
Nick
