Sorry to hear the firmware update didn’t go through—it’s really important for making everything work smoothly with the handlebar. Appreciate the pictures for reference!
Can you try the next following:
- Try closing the Zwift Companion app.
- Turn off both controllers.
- Try turning the controllers back on and try the firmware update again.
- Try to do a hard reset by pressing the Z button for 30 seconds.
