but I had also some sessions where everything was fine
in the last 2 weeks or more, I ALWAYS have
left controller stuck on braking AND right controller stuck on shaking as soon as I shift.
actually last 2 days left controller was stuck on braking AND steering left (ok no effect since I couldn’t move…) AND right controller stuck on shaking.
checked firmware, seems to be updated
tried reset a few time (why there’s no feedback on that?)
Thank you for reaching out to the Forums! This is Haziel from Zwift. I really appreciate your issues with your Zwift controllers.
It’s great to hear that you’ve already verified your firmware is up-to-date and have tried resetting it. To help you resolve this, let’s take a closer look at a couple of things. It’s essential to ensure that both controllers are calibrated. I also recommend following the steps outlined to Connect Your Zwift Play.
When you have a moment, please try unpairing the controllers and then pairing them again one at a time. This can really help ensure that each controller pairs successfully. Also, make sure the batteries are fully charged at 100%. Once everything is paired correctly, you can connect your trainer.
I hope this information is helpful, and if you have any more questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us
done several more times with always diffferent results (1 click - 2 clicks, 1 and 1, 2 and 1…) sometimes one controller restarting … never fully working
