Hello! I’m having problems inserting the handlebar stem on my new Zwift Ride, even after removing the bolt, this plastic piece keeps sticking forward.
Has anyone encountered similar issues or has an idea how to fix it? Please let me know, thank you!
I’m pretty sure at least one person has posted about this in the past, it might be hard to find, but you can use the search function in the top right to see if you can locate it. I don’t recall if they were able to eventually fix it themselves or had to send for replacement?
I would contact support immediately since it may take some time before they conclude they will replace it.
