Zwift Ride assembly issues (new one?)

Seems there might be another issue with the Zwift rides, or I just have the worst luck :stuck_out_tongue:
So - started assembling my ride, and when trying to attach the handlebar stem… I noticed that the plastic… skirt? is not correctly inserted (this is done at the factory already).

the 2 plastic pieces are overlapping, making it impossible to insert the handlebar stem (without shattering the plastic)

I’m in contact with the support, let’s see what they come up with… Has anyone here had the same issue ?

Ok, resolved.

So support would offer to send a new plastic piece, and I would then need to install it myself. Anyhoo - as I got confirmation that I would get a new piece → I went on to tinker with this and managed to pry the properly to fix the alignment issue → I pushed this inside part a little bit more inside, while pulling the whole thing out → It caused some pressure on the clip (the round piece) which allowed the piece to slide out totally → I just realigned the plastics and re-inserted it. Worked fine. (I didn’t dare to try this until I had confirmation that Zwift would support this … somehow (ie. if I broke this, I’d just waited for the new plastic then)

all good
