Zwift ride just arrived and I was so excited to set it up until I realized I couldn’t insert the stem due to some misalignment inside the stem area. Has anyone else had this issue?

Ive seen this reported on the forums before, it was the small tabs at the top of your picture inside the post that prevented it from fitting. I think they were ableto bend them back slightly to get it to fit, but you should ask support about it first.
