Zwift ride + Elite Suito-T

I have just bought a Zwift ride and connected it to my Elite Suito-T. The first 1-18 gears has no resistance going at 70-120 watt. Then when I hit gear 19 it increase to 230-240 watt. Gear 20 is 270-280 watt.

Before I bought the Zwift ride I had my own bike + Zwift cog. There was no issues with gearing.

I tried changing the gear settings, under hardware only a small difference.

Everything is update, my elite suito is calibrated.

Any ideas to how I fix this?

including the firmware on the Zwift Ride controllers?

Yes it’s updated aswell.

what device do you use to run Zwift, make sure you are pairing with bluetooth as well

Using MacBook Pro, Bluetooth connection.
