Good morning all!
I recently bought a new Suito-T as an upgrade from my Turno. My girlfriend has one and it works perfectly.
Mine however, does not. When connecting to Zwift, it does not give the correct resistance on the gears i use. In order to pull around 150-160 W, i now have to use a gear so heavy, i only have 3 or 4 heavier gears to go. On the Turno, i used my middle gear in the front (i have a triple), now i have to use the big gear in front. So something isnt right. The trainer gives very low resistance with a very high gear needed. Where i normally pulled around 150-160W, the same gear now gives me 80-90W.
I have tried the following:
- Updating to the latest version using upgrado (It’s a new trainer and up to date).
- Did a spindown using myETraining, i gat a value in the 8000s, i’ve tried this several times.
- There have been no Wahoo devices paired, ever. (new trainer, we have no Wahoo devices).
- I’ve tried level mode in myETraining, that is working as expected and it makes the trainer feel like it’s fixes. But as soon as Zwift is connected, the low resistance kicks in again.
- I’ve tried adjusting the wheel circumference in myETraining both up and down. The resistance seems fine in myETraining but it keeps dropping out when entering Zwift.
- ERG-mode in Zwift is working perfectly.
Can anyone please help me fix whatever is causing these issues?
Thanks in advance!
