Hi all,
last week either my Elite Suito or Zwift configuration was messed up. I tried to do a FTP test and the resistence did not work when I had the ERG mode on. Even Zwift acknowledged in the APP that my FTP is strangely very high and looks like I’m an undiscovered PRO :D.
I am really unclear if this is an issue with Zwift or the Elite Suito. Anyone facing similar issues?
Thanks.
Hi,@Lina_Weinmann, welcome to Forums! I’m Francisco from Zwift Support.
I’m sorry to read about the resistance issues you are facing with your trainer in-game.
Upon reviewing your account, I noticed the game is updated and there are no BLE disconnection issues from the trainer. The last one was related to your HR on December 12, 2024.
I see your trainer firmware version is 201, can you look for any firmware update on the manufacturer’s site in case there is, aside from that a spindown calibration might be helpful too.

In case, the issue persists, you can test out the trainer in another app to see if the issue could lead with the trainer itself.
You can contact Elite support via their website in case it is needed. Besides, we’re always a click away: support@zwift.com.
Try using the Elite MyEtraining app and start a ride from there in “Level” mode. Then see if changing the resistance manually in the app results in smooth resistance changes. If not, then there’s a problem with your trainer and you should contact Elite support.
Thanks a lot for the input. I will check this tonight!!
Thanks Steve, it is indeed a trainer problem. I followed your steps and the resistence did not change. I was pushing 1000 watts will contact Suito now. Thanks for the support.
