Zwift Ride crackin crank noise

Hello All,

I’ve just received my ZWIFT RIDE and after 30 min of pedalling the crank started to make a cracking noise. Which only gets worse.
What can I do to fix this issue or do I have to send it back?

Just got mine today, bike a lot noisier than what I thought it would be based on reviews etc. not sure where it’s coming from but think it’s the chain.

Just a question : did you receive the zwift ride equipped with the legacy cog (black) or with the cog upgrade v2 (orange) ?

New orange one came with Zwift ride, todays project to swap them over

Did you end up receiving help for this? Unfortunately, my Zwift Ride has started developing a lot of creaking and crackling as well.

Mine came with a black cog, I would figure it would work and arrive with the latest equipment, i guess I was wrong since it is making a very loud noise. I am going to ask them to replace the cog and ny tablet strap which broke right out of the box.

The orange one? Did you get This cog from Zwift or did you buyed one from Zwift?

They keep saying me my black cog is the same as the V2 (orange) one. But i saw the YouTube from ‘TheLama” and it’s certainly a different one. With rubber in it and less pointy chainwheel
