Hi there i have a new zwift ride. Open companion app updated firmware for play controllers. All good. In the zwift game app the kickr core has paired power cadence etc. When i want to pair the play controllers, i can see it listed, i cant however select/tick the box. I use a samsung android galaxy note.
Run the Wahoo app and check for firmware updates. If you have a Kickr Core, the firmware version should be 1.5.36. Is that what you see? Let me know.
Hi paul thank you the wahoo firmware was up to date. I sorted pairing the controllers with the zwift game app by powering only the left and connecting it then turned on the right play controller. Seems like a bug but that process solved it.

Sounds like you have it figured out, but it’s vital that you pair your trainers and Ride controllers over Bluetooth. It will not work, and your controllers will not pair if your trainers are connected via ANT+.
It appears one of your devices is a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 tablet, and when using that, your trainer is paired over ANT+. Please be careful about looking at the ANT / Bluetooth icons in the Pairing Screen
