i have problems connecting my zwift ride to zwift on every device i have.
the connection seems ok, all blue squares, but zwift doesn’t detect watt and cadence.
i used the zwift ride for 2 months without probelms, this is a today issue.
no, the trainer works great, just updated to latest firmware, tested also with reliable wahoo chat, they asked me to do a little test of 3x30" 100w-150w-100w, i saved it and they got it from the cloud, trainer is ok, and they told me to aks to zwift.
UPDATE:
as suggested on group “zwift beginners” on FB, i tried another app, my woosh, and it detects watt and cadence, so the issue is related to Zwift
I have Zwift ride with kickr core. I has worked well few months. Now when I start Zwift, it connects all sensors with bluetooth but doesn’t show power or candence. They are always 0.
I’m using Zwift with android tablet and I also tested it with my android phone and same problem.
I have permormed spindown and it went well. Wahoo app also shows power and candence so I think problem is in Zwift app.
Same here. Just trying Zwift for the first time since they added the Trainer Road integration. It worked for my first ride but I couldn’t get it working for my second workout. I did a full reset of my laptop and trainer. TrainerRoad works fine but Zwift reads 0 watts and 0 cadence even though it says it’s connected to my Kickr Core.
Welcome to the forums. This is Haziel from Zwift. I want to thank you for bringing your concern about your trainer showing reads 0 watts and 0 cadence, I will be happy to assist you.
After looking into your account details, I found that there have been some interruptions with the Bluetooth signal. To help resolve this issue, I recommend trying the following steps:
Turn off BLE on your device and then turn it back on.
Restart Zwift and attempt to pair your device again.
Disconnect any other BLE devices, such as a mouse, headphones, or keyboards, to minimize potential interference.
