Since the latest update, Zwift shows my Kickr Core as connected, but in most cases the app does not display cadence, resistance, or wattage data. Occasionally these values appear, but during the ride the cadence, watt, and resistance information is suddenly lost. The same behavior occurs on both Windows 11 and Android, even after updating the trainer firmware. When testing with Rouvy, however, everything works flawlessly and the trainer behaves as expected during workouts. If this continues with Zwift I will cancel my subscriotion!![]()
Thank you for reaching out and sharing these details. This is Haziel, from Zwift Support. I reviewed your log files and noticed some Bluetooth disconnections during the game. Here are a few steps that have helped other riders experiencing similar problems:
-
Please ensure Zwift is the only app connected to your trainer during rides.
-
Please try to forget the KICKR Core in your device’s Bluetooth settings, then re-pair it inside Zwift’s pairing screen. Make sure the trainer is selected for Power, Cadence, and Controllable Trainer.

I will share this article about BLE and ANT+ Interference Troubleshooting Tips, which provides extra steps that might be of help. You might also want to try using a different pairing method as an alternative. Please check this article about using the Zwift Companion App as a Bridge.
If the issue persists after trying these steps, please feel free to contact us directly, and we will investigate further.
