No Power or Cadence showing for Kickr Core + Click [June 12, 2024]

I cannot get my Core to work via BT with Zwift. I can see it in the pairing screen both for power and cadence but there are no power or cadence numbers reading, just that it’s available via BT. The Ant+ connects and reads no problem. I need this to work over BT because use virtual gearing on a Core single speed and at this point Zwift is pretty much useless with this setup.

Also the trainer works with other apps over BT and Ant+ so I’m pretty sure it’s not the trainer causing issues, it just seems to not want to talk to Zwift.
Have tried connecting to a separate device and the result is the same.
I’ve also tried connecting via companion, same issue.

Hi @RC_Ivany, welcome to Forums. This is Juan from Zwift. Many thanks for sharing your concern with our community.

Regular users of the Zwift forums and Zwift support colleagues will be happy to help. Based on what you have described, It seems that your issue is related to Bluetooth disruptions. I encourage you to take a look at this article to rule out the possible causes you could fit in, there you will find some troubleshooting.

Please try to turn off all the devices and apps that you won’t use in a specific session, and try to connect your Kickr Core alone with the main app to isolate the issue.

If the problem persists, the best way to move forward would be to contact us. This way we can provide you with personalized assistance and check your game logs more in-depth. The support colleagues will be glad to help.

I have run through the usual connection issues and have not had issues connecting BT with other apps or other connections, the issues seems to be between the Core and Zwift only. I the issue is the same with my computer and with my iOS device.
I will likely have to start a ticket with Zwift if no one has seen this issue before.

I am having issues too and have been for 2 weeks. I just posted a new thread on it. please put in a ticket with Zwift. There are others

Thank you Nate!!!

So it seems to be working again, there was the suggestion to unplug the trainer for a few minutes and plug it back in which seems to have corrected the problem. The suggestion was for the zwift hub one but also seems to work with the Core.
