Zwift Ride (bike only) - Cogv2. Missing parte

Hi all. Has anyone tried to put a zwift ride bike (and therefore the new cog) on to a zwift hub one? The installation video that I found for a zwift cog v2 talks about a large spacer that comes with your
cog (and another smaller one). I havent recieved either of these?

Am I getting this wrong or is replacing a cogv1 for a V2 impossible without recieving these spacers?

Really annoyed that a £800 piece of kit doesnt seem to come with the right parts - oh and no instructions for how to put the new cog on either - you have to search for those!

I just got min in today and I’m confused on this as well. It seems like there is something missing with the kit. I cannot figure out how I supposedly have all that I need to set this up. Did you figure it out?

I figured it out. You’re supposed to use the through axel spacers that came with the zwift hub. I had to dig mine out of the garage as ive had the trainer for 2 years now. I happen to already have a zwift cog v1 so can’t provide much insight beyond this. good luck

I also figured it out. Basically because I have the Zwift hub one already, I ignore the new cog. The video says to change it but in my case you don’t.

Wondering if any of your research and solutions would apply to my situation. I had an existing KICKR Core with an 11-speed cassette that I’ve been using for several years. I removed the cassette as per the installation video’s instructions. The new Zwift Cog that came with the Zwift Ride upgrade package however does not come with the spacers shown (nor the tool shown for that matter), and also does not include a freehub body.

Am I supposed to be using the freehub body that I had previously or was one supposed to ship with the Zwift Cog? The pieces of the Zwift Cog out of the box are threaded onto a very fragile looking piece of clear plastic which I’m hoping was only intended for shipping.

Thanks.

You should be using the freehub body on the trainer

Thank you! Much appreciated!
