Hey, same issue here. However, I’m not sure if the Cog V2 is compatible with the Zwift Hub at all. I still use the Cog V1, but it makes such a loud noise with Zwift Ride that I don’t want to ride like that.
I have Zwift Hub one but I always used my sram cassette to maximize the compatibility !
Cog made too much noise
It s compatible on Zwift website ! When you pay like 900€ for Zwift ride you can expect a maximum compatibilty with Zwift ecosystem (Zwift hub one) ! Feel disappointed
Hi, it’s compatible! just yesterday I changed my Cog v1 with Cog V2 on my Zwift Hub using the Zwift Ride and the noise is much better! You should have the freehub inside the box of Zwift Hub otherwise you can use the freehub inside the Cog v1.
Hi,today i receive my cog v2 (multitrainer)with click to put in my zwift hub, unfortunately i can’t install it .I made everything i see in zwift video but no,it can’t install it.I looked in the compatibility before i bought it and i saw that multitrainer was the best choice.Any idea?I send a email with that problem, thx
hello,I solved the problem I had in a simple way, which certainly shouldn’t have been done like this, because I did exactly what it said in zwift video, so what did I do, with a small screwdriver I pressed a pair of the 3 small hooks that the cog has and it clicked immediately without any problem, the video certainly doesn’t show anything like that but it says just push in and rotate until it clicks, whatever it is, everything is fine…thanks
This ended up working for me! I just went around to all 3 spines and gently pushed them in one at a time while putting light pressure on the cog until it slipped in and fit. And just for reference, I have the original Zwift hub and replaced the cassette with the cog v2.
