My ZWift Ride is setup now it’s a Kickr Move (in fixed mode). When I attached the Frame with the Kickr I wondered why there is room to manoevre it practically floats on the thru axle.
Any idea?
When I removed the original cassette from the Kickr there was one part I didn’t actually get what to do with it when I then installed the Zwift Cog.
I think you should have a set of spacers - I can’t remember if they came with the Ride or with the Hub - that will let you properly set the bike on the trainer. The bike has a spacing of 142mm so you need to find the spacer for 142mm - it’s marked on the spacer.
The bike should not float on the thru-axle.

Hi Tom,
Thanks for your help. I simply forgot to install the drive sided spacer.
Now it works fine.
