I seemed to find a work around.
Probably correct method is to reinstall windows but I didn’t want to do that.
Running Zwift as an administrator seemed to work.
As a work around i have set this to run as a default.
From the application shortcut you can select properties and choose run as a administrator. This seems to activate the user access control and work for me.
