Zwift not loading on Windows 10

Hi there - trying to get zwift installed on my old windows PC - it says that my graphics driver may need updating and takes me to the intel website where it says my driver is up to date

Zwift sits in the launch screen with the pictures rotating but nothing else happening - any advice would be much appreciated!

Is your Internet Explorer up to date?

Can we have a screen shot please? Sounds to me like very slow internet connection.

I have similar issue, I have windows 10 and Zwift says updating but does not move from this? I have uninstalled and reinstalled Zwift
