I recently tried updating my zwift play controllers to 2.0.1 and after 10+ minutes there was zero progress on the update screen. my units are now bricked and the LEDs are solid yellow. if i force quit the companion app they will re-connect to the app but no progress can be made on the FW update.
You need to contact Zwift support if a reset (hold down Z for 30 seconds) doesn’t fix it. Contact support@zwift.com
