Zwift Play pairing issues. Not connecting to Zwift [April 23,2024]

After firmware update my Zwiftplay controllers no longer will finish connecting to Zwift on my Windows 10 computer.

I can go into the search screen and the controllers appear with a strong bluetooth signal. So it is clear the computer is establishing a bluetooth connection to the controllers. (They show up in the bluetooth settings also)

But after selecting each controller and closing the search screen and going back to the pairing screen, the controls box never gets past “connecting” and stays orange.

Any solutions?

I noticed this, too. For me it works after restarting the Play controllers with a long press of the power buttons.
