Zwift Play left controller does not work

Tried using “Chat” but that seemingly doesn’t work. Zwift Play has been working well, then this morning the left controller doesn’t connect. Plug in power, nothing but a green light (will not turn blue), remove power and nothing. Held the button for 30 seconds (with and without power), nothing. How does one contact Zwift for warranty work or replacement?

The chat bot is broken for many people and they’ve said they’re looking into it

Mine doesn’t work either.
It’s been flaky for some time (avatar pushed to left middle of the road)
Turning it off and back on would usually fix it, but not anymore.

Zwift promptly replaced the controllers.

How long did it take ? Have the “same” problem, just bought it, fun weekend :frowning:

Left controller issue. Does not light blue. Contacted Zwift and no reply. My yearly membership is up in April. More $$$ with less service?? I guess I might just try Rouvy.

Really? They do not reply to my email.

How long ago did you email them? They should get to your email in the queue before too long. Also make sure their reply isn’t in your spam folder.
