Right Play Controller won't turn on

Right controller stopped working. I tried a hard reset, holding down the button for 30 sec and it does nothing. When I plug in the power to charge, the button turns solid green but does not flash. I left it charge for a few hours then unplugged, still does not turn on. I tried leaving the cable plugged in to see if it would connect with the app, but it doesn’t even see it. Is there anything else I need to try? It had been working fine with out any problems with updates.

You need to speak with Zwift support. Go through the chatbot and if you tell it it’s suggestions don’t solve the problem then you’ll eventually get to a form you can fill in to directly contact the support folks.

Depending on how you run the game and connect devices, but if you use companion app, did you try restarting that fully and also restarting the game itself (maybe also reboot devices)

I had also once issue that one of the controllers did not connect. Resolved by restarting everything.

Hello, I should clarify the that I used it a couple weeks ago and it worked, then turned it off. Then the other day went to turn it back on and it wouldn’t turn on at all.

I have the exact same behaviour but with left controller

If you’ve tried the reset by holding down Z for 30 seconds, then you need to contact Zwift support at support@zwift.com

I have now exactly same problem with my left controller.

My friend leaving in USA bought it there and shipped it to me here in Norway.
Zwift doesn’t sell Zwift Play in Norway.
Hope that will not be a problem.

Will probably cost more than it’s worth to send them to USA.
