Right controller stopped working. I tried a hard reset, holding down the button for 30 sec and it does nothing. When I plug in the power to charge, the button turns solid green but does not flash. I left it charge for a few hours then unplugged, still does not turn on. I tried leaving the cable plugged in to see if it would connect with the app, but it doesn’t even see it. Is there anything else I need to try? It had been working fine with out any problems with updates.

You need to speak with Zwift support. Go through the chatbot and if you tell it it’s suggestions don’t solve the problem then you’ll eventually get to a form you can fill in to directly contact the support folks.
Depending on how you run the game and connect devices, but if you use companion app, did you try restarting that fully and also restarting the game itself (maybe also reboot devices)
I had also once issue that one of the controllers did not connect. Resolved by restarting everything.
Hello, The controller just doesn’t turn on no matter what. You push the button and it does nothing. The Left one works fine. I plugged in the power, and it does nothing, just stays solid green. Unplug and it goes black.

Hello, I should clarify the that I used it a couple weeks ago and it worked, then turned it off. Then the other day went to turn it back on and it wouldn’t turn on at all.
I have the exact same behaviour but with left controller

If you’ve tried the reset by holding down Z for 30 seconds, then you need to contact Zwift support at support@zwift.com

My friend leaving in USA bought it there and shipped it to me here in Norway.
Zwift doesn’t sell Zwift Play in Norway.
Hope that will not be a problem.

Sorry to hear this. I ended up sending the controllers back and they replaced them. Zwift took care of it. All is well now.

Will probably cost more than it’s worth to send them to USA.

Hi, having the exact same issue now. Controller worked fine, then suddenly the controller pressed button randomly (gave rides, switched on the menu button… ).
After the ride I switched off the controller, now it appears to be “dead”. Does not switch, does not charge.
Waiting for support to get back, raised a ticket.

I am having the same issue with the left controller. I noticed in game the battery was getting low. So after my ride I plugged it in to charge and all looked well. Next day pressing the button, nothing happens. Hold for 30 sec nothing happens. When I plug it in it shows solid green. I have charged it plenty. The right side is working great.

Same just happened to me last night/today but on my left controller. Worked during last night’s ride, finished and tried to turn it off, the big Z started blinking and wouldn’t turn off, so I plugged in the charger and left it overnight. This morning, nothe left and right were solid green. Unplugged the charger and the right won’t went off but the left one stayed solid blue. Nothing changed it. Tried connecting to Zwift Companion and the right was for us visible but not the left. I have a spare pair (my son’s) so turned them on and they were both visible and paired. Used them for my ride, finished and noticed that my left one was now off (no light) and the on button does nothing.
