Right controller stopped working. I tried a hard reset, holding down the button for 30 sec and it does nothing. When I plug in the power to charge, the button turns solid green but does not flash. I left it charge for a few hours then unplugged, still does not turn on. I tried leaving the cable plugged in to see if it would connect with the app, but it doesn’t even see it. Is there anything else I need to try? It had been working fine with out any problems with updates.

You need to speak with Zwift support. Go through the chatbot and if you tell it it’s suggestions don’t solve the problem then you’ll eventually get to a form you can fill in to directly contact the support folks.
Depending on how you run the game and connect devices, but if you use companion app, did you try restarting that fully and also restarting the game itself (maybe also reboot devices)
I had also once issue that one of the controllers did not connect. Resolved by restarting everything.
Hello, The controller just doesn’t turn on no matter what. You push the button and it does nothing. The Left one works fine. I plugged in the power, and it does nothing, just stays solid green. Unplug and it goes black.

Hello, I should clarify the that I used it a couple weeks ago and it worked, then turned it off. Then the other day went to turn it back on and it wouldn’t turn on at all.
