My right ZP controller will not power on. The controller is fully charged (solid green light) but no matter how long/hard I press, it will not power on. The left controller is functioning fine. The firmware is up-to-date.
I have sent an email to Zwift but figured I would check here as well.

You need to contact Zwift support. Use the chatbot and if you tell it that it’s recommendations don’t help then it’ll give you a form to fill in to get to support.
