I am using the Zwift Ride bike with the latest firmware, however, the right control does not turn on even though the battery has been charged. I am required to connect it to the power wall to activate the control. Furthermore, after completing a workout, I am unable to turn off the right control. Consequently, I am forced to use the wired connection to the wall for every workout.

I’m sorry your controllers are not working as expected! Please try the following:
- Turn on the left controller first and power on the right controller after.
- Verify that nothing is obviously damaged and/or the buttons are stuck in the ‘pressed’ position.
- Confirm LED response when the controller is connected to power.
- LED should be solid or flashing green.
Another color indicates that it is not sufficiently charged. If after following the steps it does not work for you, please wait for our team’s response through the ticket you created, they will gladly continue helping you.
The steps suggested didn’t work. The right controller does not turned on if is not connect to the power, eventhough the controller is charged
