Left side Zwift Play device stops working in the middle of every ride

The right side of my Zwift Play has not had any issues to speak of, but the LEFT constantly loses connectivity, leaving me stuck in my big gear without the ability to shift down. The only way to fix it is to end my ride, close the app, and start again. Even then, today in my second ride it also stopped working on the Left! It’s an absolute ride killer…

Have you tried leaving the Play controllers plugged into power while in use?

I can only imagine how frustrating it is to have to constantly restart your ride because one play controller stopped working.

The best way to move forward from here is to reach out to our support team via email at support@zwift.com. They will best be able to diagnose the issue and if needed will be able to replace the controller for you.
