Hi Fellow Zwifters,
My right control says it’s connected via Bluetooth but isn’t working. Any advice to reset or get this thing working right before I go through Zwift?

- Try powering on the Left controller only and pair that first, followed by the right controller.
- Is there any obvious damage to the controller, or is a button pressed down perhaps?
- Plug the charger to the controllers. The LED should be solid or flashing green. Is it? Another color indicates that it is not sufficiently charged.
If it isn’t one of these common things - please contact Zwift Support for one-on-one assistance. Be advised there is a longer than usual demand for assistance. Once you initiate contact, it’s counterproductive to keep emailing.
