Left Zwift Controller Broken No Response from Customer Service

Hello,

The left controller on my Zwift Ride does not turn on at all, zero light. I emailed customer support on Monday and I had the auto response of Zwift is busy…

The controller appears to be totally dead while the right is still functional, any tips?

How long have people needed to wait for customer service in the past?

I received my controllers, and a few days later, the steering stopped working. Suddenly, the left controller stopped connecting. I updated the firmware, but NOTHING worked! After a long struggle, I discovered a solution!

On the pairing screen in Zwift, I opened my Zwift Companion app and clicked on “Pair with iPhone” on the Zwift pairing screen. I paired the trainer and both controllers with my iPhone, and they connected immediately! No more problems since that day!

I believe the Bluetooth receiver on my PC has too many devices connected, causing conflicts. Try pairing using the Companion app. Don’t forget that the trainer and controllers need to be paired with the same Bluetooth device.

Ah… update firmware, reset both controllers (pressing Z for 30 seconds) and then try my solution :slight_smile:
