Zwift Play controllers not functioning [ANT dongle]

I have an issue with left controller steering not working. Upon searching it seems a generic issue with sweat ingress and should be replaced under warranty. However i cannot make contact with support team or anything despite attempts. Can only imagine the issues with controllers on zwift ride in the future.
Can some advise where is the warranty support and contacct me

Hello @Stuart_Williams_CC

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. I scanned through your server logs and the reason it’s not working is because you have an ANT dongle plugged in to your PC. Virtual shifting does not work if the trainer’s controllable signal is paired via ANT+. The easiest solution is to remove the ANT dongle and force your trainer and Play controllers to pair over Bluetooth.

I’m also seeing an unnamed heart rate monitor in your setup. Is that HRM capable of dual-broadcasting over Bluetooth or ANT? If so - your dongle is 100% no longer needed, and can only get in the way of an easy pairing and ride experience.

Im convinced you have really understood my issue. I dont have virtual shifting. Its steering thst dors not work correctly it is permanently steering left and showing me the red wall thing. If i steer right it goes right but upon release goes back to far left.
Not planning on changing all pairings as previously had drop outs. Only the traner controllable is paried via ant +fec anyway. HR can be either ble or ant only switched to znt as on ble is kept dropping out.
So back to left controller permanently sending steering signal this i believe is due to corrosion and sweat effecting controller. There are visible signs of rust on the screws on rear of controller left side only. Why would ant antanae suddenly cause it after months of no issue

Gotcha. You may be correct in guessing it might be a sweat ingress issue. If that’s the case, please contact my Support colleagues for further diagnosis and possible exchange if that’s what they determine.
