my left play controller is dead. I believe a reset is a reasonable potential solution?
any other idea and how to reset?
- Please try gently pressing and holding the big Z button for 30 seconds on the affected controllers, this should restart the unit completely.
- After the controller restarts, please try turning your unit on/off, and if you are still experiencing issues, please let us know.
no help green light while charging but nothing upon reset— even the other shows no signs of resetting.
