Zwift Not Updating - V 1.1.10

Hi everyone,

My Zwift is not updating.
I just downloaded Zwift and I can’t launch it. I currently have the V 1.1.10 (downloaded one).

The downloading status is not changing and is stuck on “getting update files”. The blue bar is light blue and not moving.
I have tried to run the download file “ZwiftSetup” as administrator but it gives the same result.
I am on Windows 10, 16 GB RAM.

Anyone has an idea?

Try downloading the latest setup file from here https://cdn.zwift.com/app/ZwiftSetup.exe

is this a work computer? Sounds like it is not able to access the Zwift servers to download the update, it might be blocking certain ports or something?

Certainly sounds like an antivirus or firewall related problem, what antivirus are you using

We have a support article here with a list of issues that will cause installation problems. Please read through those and see if one of them might apply to you.

It is indeed a work computer!
It might be related to that. The strange thing is Zwift was working few months ago on my prior work computer (same company).

This is probably a firewall settings change from the company.

Same problem here,
Zwift hang on updating…
where are the logs files ? I put my user account admin of my computer (very bad idea for my security)
My games are more simple to install.

I got an other work around:
Uninstall this App and keep your windows Safe.
