Zwift no opening on my Surface Pro

Hi. I am new to Zwift and have done a few rides. Zwift is downloaded on my Surface Pro 9. There have been issues with getting into the program. I open the app and try to click on to “LETS GO” but it does not to anything. Before my last ride, I unistalled and re-installed and the porgram opened, and I rode. Not luck this time. Am I missing something here?

It looks like the Surface Pro 9 was available with either an Intel CPU or the SQ3 ARM CPU, so it’s important to know which one you have. ARM CPUs are not supported by Zwift. They may sort of work (or not) but the game would be running in emulation on the wrong CPU architecture which is probably a waste of time, and no help is available from Zwift since they don’t release software for that CPU. If it has an Intel CPU then the problem is probably solvable, possibly by installing the latest graphics driver from Intel.

Here’s a way to look up the CPU information: https://www.howtogeek.com/747561/how-to-check-your-pcs-specs-on-windows-11/

Thank you for the responce Paul. The computer has have the a INTEL CPU, with Windows 11 Business and Intel Graphics Card.

That’s good news! So that graphics driver I linked above is something to try. Some other things to try for better operation of Zwift are disabling any anti-virus software other than Microsoft Defender, disabling OneDrive, and turning off the video screenshots setting in Zwift.

If you want to do a clean re-install of Zwift, they also have documentation for that since it’s a little more involved than simply removing the app.

If you remain stuck you can also email support@zwift.com and they may have other ideas based on their visibility into your log data that I don’t have.
