Zwift made my FTP lower

see below for where the slider is, Zwift doesn’t automatically lower your FTP, it will only automatically increase if it detects a stronger effort.

go into the workout/training menu, choose a workout, and you will see your FTP listed at the bottom right corner, also can adjust it with the sliding scale on the right.
