MAYBE FIXED… I can now login… No more white screen. I have to wait until tonight to try it with the trainer.
Major point was that my Internet Explorer has been locked down (for two years, not a recent change), and enabling javascript and activeX it worked… up through the point of getting log in and “Let’s Go!”
All they asked me to do was make sure my IE was up to date. (They’re using IE… wholly cow… so that gave me a clue of what else I could try). I don’t know if it needs both enabled. I will play with that… maybe they will respond to my discovery….
I just wanted to pass this along ASAP.
