I have installed latest Zwift on my Windows 10 desktop.
When I start Zwift, the orange zwift icon in the taskbar flashes briefly, then it disappears again and nothing else happens.
I have not found any running processes in the task manager that still indicate anything from Zwift.
Unfortunately, this is all that is in the Launcher_log.txt file:
Welcome to Forums @Arvid This is Juan a Zwift colleague. Thanks for using this space to share your issue. I comprehend how essential it is for you to get back on track. I took the initiative to check your logs (Feb 04) and noticed that there’s a sync program you are running, specifically OneDrive. OneDrive syncs your Documents\Zwift folder.
This could impact Zwift’s ability to run properly. We recommend either excluding your Documents\Zwift folder from your sync program or temporarily closing these programs while Zwift is running to prevent conflicts.
You can disable the OneDrive Program by following these steps:
Select Task Manager on the taskbar.
Go to the Startup tab.
Locate Microsoft OneDrive in the list.
Right-click on it and select Disable.
Close the Task Manager window.
If the issue persists, please contact our Support team at zwift.com/contact-us. They will be delighted to continue assisting you. I highly recommend you share your launcher logs.
