Problems opening Zwift application

Hello Everyone,

Quick question. Is anybody experiencing the following issue (Windows 11) top specs gaming computer, the internet is working.

After Zwift launcher opens, you tried to loging, then it gets stuck in the login Window. It minimizes then when I try to open it again it asks to login again.

In the logs I see this:

[11:47:54 2022-03-13] Launcher: Found Launcher URL.

[11:47:54 2022-03-13] Launcher: prefs.xml file found.

[11:52:12 2022-03-13] Launcher: ZwiftApp.exe is not running.

[11:52:12 2022-03-13] Launcher: Starting Zwift App.

[11:52:22 2022-03-13] Launcher: ZL has a valid process pointer and the flag HasExited is False.

[11:52:34 2022-03-13] Launcher: ZL has a valid process pointer and the flag HasExited is False.

[11:55:37 2022-03-13] Launcher: Open Logs Folder was selected by the user. Attempting to open the user’s log folder.

Any input on how to help this will be appreciated. Thank you!

Hi Daniel, thanks for reaching out!

Something I would recommend to try first is to force close Zwift and the Zwift launcher before opening the Zwift Launcher. This can be accomplished by right clicking the Zwift icon in the lower right of the task bar and selecting “Exit”. Another way to do this is to bring up the task manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) and ending the Zwift/Zwift launcher task.
